Running a business on bigday?

Sign in to the dashboard, open Support from the menu under your name, then Contact support. That’s the fastest way to an answer, and you can attach screenshots of what you see.

Delete your login

You can delete your bigday login yourself, from the app you use:

• 

  bigday OUT: More, then Delete my login

• 

  bigday PRO: You, then Delete my login

• On the web at bigdayout.at: sign in, open More, then Delete my login

• In the bigday dashboard: open the menu under your name, then Your profile, then Delete my login

Deleting your login removes your name, email and phone from every business you’ve booked with or worked for. Those businesses keep their records of your bookings, orders and payments, without your name on them. Packs, passes, credit and points you hold are lost, and your saved cards are removed. If you run a business on bigday by yourself, it closes too. You can’t undo this.

Can’t sign in? Email support@bigdayout.io from the address you use with bigday and we’ll delete it for you.
