Day spa software
Day spa software for treatments, therapists and rooms.
Treatments booked online with the right therapist and room, gift vouchers, consultation forms and retail, in one system.
Treatments
The right therapist and the right room, every time.
Each treatment knows which therapists can give it and which rooms it needs, and a booking only saves when both are free.
- Therapists and rooms booked together
- Treatments by length and price
- Add-ons offered as guests book
Online booking
Guests book at any hour.
Guests choose a treatment and a time from your own booking page or app, and pay as they book.
- Booking from your website or the app
- Paid up front, or on arrival if you allow it
- Reminders before every visit
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers that sell themselves.
Sell vouchers online and at the desk, for an amount or for a named treatment, and redeem them at checkout.
- A fixed value, or one the buyer chooses
- A named treatment as a gift
- What is left on every voucher, at a glance
Consultation forms
Consultations done before they arrive.
Send your consultation form when a guest books, and they sign it on their phone before the day.
- Forms sent automatically
- Signed on their phone
- Kept on the guest’s record
Retail
Products sold at the end of a treatment.
Sell oils, candles and skincare from a tablet at reception, on the same bill as the treatment.
- Retail and treatments on one order
- Stock counted as you sell
- Packages of treatments sold up front
