Tour operator software
Software for tour operators and boat charters.
Day trips, multi-day tours and charters booked and paid online, with guides, skippers, vehicles and boats each booked once.
Guides, skippers and vehicles
Guides, crews, vehicles and boats, checked together.
Each tour or charter knows which guides or skippers can take it and what it needs, and a booking only saves when they are free.
- Guides and crew assigned to each departure
- Places set by the vehicle or the boat
- Nobody and nothing double-booked
Tours and trips
Day trips, multi-day tours and charters.
Sell a two-hour walk, a three-day trip or a boat for the weekend. A multi-day booking is one booking, holding its place or boat on every day.
- Tours and charters of any length, up to several days
- Shared trips sold by the seat
- Departures repeated on your schedule
Booking and extras
Booked and paid online, with the extras.
Guests book from your website or app, add the people coming, add catering or extras, and pay as they book.
- Group bookings with everyone named
- Catering and extras on the same bill
- Gift vouchers for a named tour or trip
On the day
Everyone checked in, whatever the weather.
Guides open the departure on their phone and tick people off at the meeting point. When the weather turns, cancel and refund a departure or a day in one go.
- Who is booked and who is here
- Waivers signed before the day
- Departures cancelled and refunded in one go
Questions tours and charters ask.
Can we sell multi-day tours and charters?
Yes. A multi-day booking is sold as one and holds its places, or the boat, on every day of it.
Can a trip be limited by vehicle or boat size?
Yes. Places come from what the trip needs, so it can never be booked past the seats you have.
Can guests add catering when they book?
Yes. Offer catering and other extras as they book, on the same bill.
Can people buy a tour as a gift?
Yes. Sell a voucher for a named tour or an amount, and it is redeemed when they book.
