When am I billed?
Monthly in arrears, on your billing anniversary. Your bill includes the location subscriptions and usage fees accrued during that cycle.
How do membership bookings work?
Membership and recurring payments attract the recurring billing fee. Bookings covered by those benefits have no booking fee.
What about packs, vouchers and wallet credit?
There is no fee when you sell prepaid value. The booking fee applies to its allocated purchase value when it is used for a booking. Retail and F&B spending has no percentage fee.
Do I pay for Retail & F&B at every location?
Only at locations where you enable it. The flat monthly fee is prorated when you turn it on or off.
